HAWASSA - 3 DAYS TOUR

ITINERARY

DAY 1: ADDIS TO HAWASSA - After breakfast early morning driving to Abbiyata - Shalla National Park: very nice natural park to refresh your mind, you can find wild animals like greater kudu, grant's gazelle, giant striped gnu, black-backed jackal, spotted hyena/ may exists, ostriches and different kinds of birds. The park is interesting it offers a variety of small animals and it is shared with the community. Astonished view of the Rift Valley lakes of Abbiyatta and Shalla. - Lunch at Shashemene - Visiting Shashemene, the Rastafari community or Rasta village. Jamaicans in Ethiopia comprise Jamaican emigrants and expatriates residing in Ethiopia and their descendants born in Ethiopia. - Heading to Hawassa - Overnight : Hawassa DAY 2: HAWASSA - After breakfast visiting the beautiful city of Hawassa, the fish market, possibility to see monkeys, different birds and hippos around the lake. - Then driving 35km to Yirgalem Lodge/ coffee Tour : we will see cultural houses and local village, it is full green and it is the best place for coffee plantation. Around 6pm, you will have a chance to see and feed the hayna. - Overnight : Yirgalem DAY 3: HAWASSA TO ADDIS - Visit of the Langano Lake and the Zway Lake, boat trip on the lake where you will have the chance to see hippos. - Lunch at Zway - Visit of Debrezeit / Bishoftu. Walk around the crater lakes. You will visit 3 different lakes at different location. It is a best place to relax and feel free on the lakes resorts. Boat trip on the lake. Watching some birds. - On the way back to Addis, view of the flower farming and industrial zone. - Overnight : Addis
